I own a property in Charlotte that has been managed by them since 2005. They do a very diligent tenant screening (believe me, I have experienced the opposite in Texas). As an owner, I am satisfied with their services. But I also know that the tenants are satisfied because they just renewed their lease for the eighth year. The requests for service are being dealt with promptly from both Talley and the owner, and that is really where a good property management company shines.
